I actually wasn't going with a theme, but the items that arrived to me this week, ah well, they all ended up being in the theme of "Love" or "Valentine's". Haha, a happy coincidence, I suppose.
Here's what came in the mail...
I found this lovely vintage Rushton Skunk, a vintage girl figurine, and traded with a fellow collector for her small Unicorn ornament. I have been trying to find a small unicorn and luckily, a fellow collector had two, and we ended up trading. Her small Uni for my Unicorn Shaker. Definitely a great trade, and now, I have the pair. They both have a metal loop on their necks. So, perhaps instead of ornaments, they were attached to a Mother Unicorn? More than likely. Then, this lovely red Ado Mizumori girl figurine with gold tone hair. I spotted her via IG, and was able to contact the shop owner. She was willing to sell and took Paypal. Yesss! I received her today, and I was truly surprised at how quick that was. I believe she just sent it Saturday! What?!!
This lovely Valentine's Day "Love Me" Rushton Skunk, all original was from one of my favorite websites in Japan. Shocking while searching, because, this lovely Skunk was listed, What?! No way!! Yup. I snatched him up too, I just couldn't resist the price either... He is amazing, just needed a good wipe down and that was it. He still has his heart flower hat too! More and more, I'm seeing many collectors falling for the "Creepy-Cute" Rubber Face plushies, from the past. It's hard not too! All in lovely reds and whites, they are ready for the season of Love!! Ha! February here we come!
Last, I got two cute acrylic Vinnieboy bear pins. They took almost a month to get to me. Ugh. But, they are lovely and I just need to place them on a cute purse or plush... Maybe? Last, is another Rushton smiling dog plush. I used BUY IT NOW on Ebay and he arrived fairly quickly too. He will be added to my growing Rushton Collection. I prefer the small plushies too, easier to display and store! Just adorable too. I will need to update a group photo of my Rushtons soon!
Thank you so much for stopping by! ~ ggsdolls

Another Happy Sachiyo Creation!!
Announcing the newest creation by Happy Sachiyo... A sweet blue fawn friend!! After receiving my last small pink bunny, I asked Sachiyo if she could try to make me a fawn. She said she would let me know after the holidays when her next preorder was. I was truly surprised to hear from her about mid December, that she was ready to begin working on my deer. Of course, I made sure to save up for him and I was so glad, that when she asked, I had enough funds saved. Whew. I quickly paid for him, and patiently waited for her to email me when or if she was done.
Fast forward to today... Sachiyo had messaged me and sent photos of his completion. I was beyond ecstatic!! I was literally out of breath when I read the email. The blue fawn looks just like the Meyercord decal, I mean, almost exact! I will need to take a photo of my fawn and have him pose exactly like the decal so you can see. I was very happy and I asked her if he could move, well in the sense that you could place him in poses. She said at first no, she hadn't made him poseable. But within a few hours, she had emailed me back saying, "...he's very energetic..." I was so surprised to see the way she had him posed and all the cute flowers surrounding him. Wow!
Photos above are by Happy Sachiyo. He was so cute. She had mailed him out later that same day too. He arrived in the mail safely. But, because I had been uptown most of the day, it wasn't until late evening I had gotten a chance to open him up.
Inside, the round hat box, Sachiyo had included an identification card, and several printed photos of my special fawn. He was wearing a cute floral crown, and a lot of plastic purple and pink rose shaped cabs. In a clear baggy, was two butterflies, and several plastic flowers, an array of colorful blooms too. I decided to place all the extras back into the box and focus on just the fawn. He is made just so delicately, baby blue fur, with white spots and even the details of his hooves. He wears a yellow ribbon with a gold bell hanging from the center, and his ears are pink inside and just like Happy Sachiyo Bunnies. Oh my gosh, and who could resist that cutest face ever!
This is the Vintage Meyercord Decal on the left, that I asked Sachiyo to use as a template. What do you think? Just about right. He will definitely be a lovely addition to my little collection. I hope to have more fun with him again later... Definitely worth every cent and the wait!!
I also received this lovely set of curtains and a floor mat, for the Bandai Everyone's House. I just need to try it out in the house and take photos. I have yet to change the flooring to the wood side too. LOL Hopefully soon. Just been so busy, with so many projects on top of the regular work. They are original to the dollhouse too. So, it was definitely nice to find them available.
Then, I also touched up the cute Ichigo-Chan coin bank and the Bear mirror. Ichigo-chan had some paint loss on her head, but sadly, I didn't have the shade of green for her collar. She is already adopted too. So she is on her way stateside to her new owner. The bear mirror just needed a bit of touching up on his pink hair, and nose. He is staying in my collection for now.
Have a great weekend!

Lots of Swimmer Japan Mirrors!!
Oh my gosh, I found a lot of cute Swimmer Japan mirrors, that are all sold out. I had to get some of them for my shop! Here's what came in...
I found each mirror separately, another brown fawn mirror, another beige fawn, a rare pink bear, a floral with purple with blue 70s style mirror, and not shown a large strawberry girl coin bank. Three of the five items will be available for sale in my shop.
The pink Swimmer bear mirror, is quite unique. I've only seen it one other time and he will need a little touch up on his nose and a good wipe down. His base is movable to lay flat or to have him stand upright. The mirror swivels to so that you can magnify your face when applying makeup. I will keep him for my collection for now. The flower power mirror below is also a rare one. Generally, sold out quickly, I was shocked to find one at all. I need to do a quick wipe down too on this one. I'm still deciding if I will keep or not...LOL.
The strawberry girl coin bank, is huge! About 6.5 inches tall. She looks very familiar, but not sure from where. It says, "1997, Create Co. L..." She has a few areas needing touch up to her paint. I will work on that. She also still has her original stopper. I will add her to the shop soon as well!
Last, I found this lovely vintage celluloid Hommer handkerchief box, with lovely ballerina on the cover. I've seen the teal colored box, but to find a lovely pink one. Yay! From Ebay, this will be added to my collection to hold my handkerchiefs.
Head over to my shop, I've listed many rare and cute items from my collection already! Thank you so much for supporting a small business. My family and I truly appreciate it!
